While the Braves have been among the most active teams in making moves to improve their roster so far this offseason, they also have experienced some significant departures when it comes to their coaching staff. However, that is to be expected with the success the Braves have had in recent years.

On Monday, the Braves filled each of their open positions on their coaching staff: first base coach, third base coach, and bullpen coach. Matt Tuiasosopo being promoted from the manager at Gwinnett to third base coach may in Atlanta be the most notable of these moves, as he continues to rise within the Braves coaching ranks. He will also play a role in coaching the infield along with bench coach Walt Weiss.
