The Atlanta Braves had a busy Tuesday as the Winter Meetings carried on in Nashville. A couple of transactions have already been made this week, and the Braves made another late night deal in trading newly-acquired Marco Gonzales.

Left-handed Gonzales was acquired from the Seattle Mariners Sunday in the deal that also brought Jarred Kelenic and Evan White to Atlanta.
Gonzales is owed $12M in 2023, and instead of the Braves covering that salary, the 31-year-old is headed to the Pittsburgh Pirates in exchange for a player to be named later.
